  • OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
  • PHYSIOTHERAPY
• Orders will be delivered to the hospital mid-March
• Embroidery requests that are not paid for will not be done.

OPTIONAL: Customizing by adding:

• name to sleeve embroidered on jacket or 1/4 zip 
• embroidered back on jacket or 1/4 zip
