• Delivery to the unit last week of June. (Disregard any Shopify notifications)
• Tshirts include white printed left chest QCH log and NURSING printed back.
• Crewnecks and 1/4 zip include embroidered 2 colour left chest logo and NURSING printed back.
  
• Jackets include left chest 2 colour embroidered QCH logo - back is not included and can be purchased separately.
• Embroidery requests that are not paid for will not be done

OPTIONAL EMBROIDERY

• Add name to sleeve embroidered or 1/4 Zip, Crewneck or jackets.
• Add department to jacket.
