• Allow up to 8% shrinkage.
• Samples are for sizing and not colours.
• All jackets include TOH logo embroidered on front left chest.   IF YOU WISH TO HAVE THE BACK EMBROIDERED, PLEASE PURCHASE SEPERATELY.  
• Crewnecks and 1/4 Zip include embroidered front logo and REHAB back print transfer.
• Tshirts will include printed TOH logo;  REHAB print transfer on back.  Tshirts cannot be customized.
• Embroidery requests that are not paid for will not be done.

OPTIONAL: Customizing by adding:

• name to sleeve embroidered or 1/4 Zip or Crewneck
• department embroidered on back of jacket.
