• Allow up to 8% for shrinkage.
• Tshirts include printed CHEO left chest logo and printed back.
• Crewnecks, Hoodie and 1/4 Zip sweaters include embroidered CHEO left chest logo and printed back.
• Printed back will be SPIRITUAL CARE / SOIN SPIRITUEL - PRINTED BACKS CANNOT BE CHANGED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Jackets include embroidered left chest CHEO logo - back is not included on jackets.
• Customize with embroidered department on back. Embroidered back can be added to all fleece and jackets.
• CUSTOMIZING is not included in the price of the item. Requested embroidery that is not paid for/included on the order - WILL NOT BE DONE.   

CUSTOMIZED EMBROIDERY- is optional and must be added to your cart in addition to the jacket or sweater.
