• Tshirt includes left chest CHEO logo and ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL / PROFESSIONEL(LE) DE L'ADMINISTRATION print transfer on back in English and French.  Tshirts cannot be customized.
• Crewneck, Hoodie, 1/4 zip includes embroidered left chest logo and ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL / PROFESSIONEL(LE) DE L'ADMINISTRATION print transfer on back in English and French. Backs can be customized by adding the embroidery option.
• Jackets include embroidered left chest logo; backs are optional.
• Orders will be delivered Kelly Jones will notify everyone of pick-up location.  Otherwise, $20 home delivery.
• Please disregard any notifications from Shopify.
• EMBROIDERY REQUESTS THAT ARE NOT PAID FOR WILL NOT BE DONE.
